    How can I search the product or service?

    • You can search the desirable products or services on the website using any key words. For the detailed searching purposes please indicate the category of the products/services and it’s location.
    • You can switch between Georgian and English keyboards by clicking on the keyboard sign (left part of the search panel) or on the KA/EN button.
    • After the clicking on the “search” button you can see advertisements of private persons, shops and “I shall buy”. Additional filter is at the left lower part of the advertisement list where you can select the condition of an item and a pirce range.

    For example: If you want to search shops in Tbilisi selling the iPhones, please indicate the word iPhone in the search field.

    In the advertisement type select “Shops”

    At the end you will see the list of shops located in Tbilisi which sell iPhones.

    How can I register on the website?

    In order to completely use the services of the website you should first register. On the home page click the button Registration, on the open page please select the registration type (private person or shop) and fill the required fields.

    • Users (username) - In the field please indicate your active e-mail (after the registrations please activate your profile from your e-mail).
    • Password - In the corresponding field please write desirable combination of symbols (you can use Latin/Georgian letters, numbers, punctuation)
    • Repeat the password – please retype the password
    • If you want to register the shop it is necessary to indicate a contact person and the company registration data (ID of the organization, personal code if you are an individual entrepreneurship)

    After you fill in all the required fields, please see the web page terms and conditions, check the button “I agree with the terms and conditions of the web page” and click the button “Registration”.
    After that check your Email (pointed out in the field Username) where you’ll receive the profile activation link. Follow the link (In case of shop registration, additional activation by the web page administration is required – it takes maximum 24 hours at working day) and your registration is finished this way.
    In case you see the text “The other account has already been registered with this email”, please, write down another one or try to recover the password of existing user.

    After registration, you need to log in in order to use all of our services

    How can I place an advertisement?

    Click My Page after you are loged in, then choose Add an advertisement and fill in all the necessary (and desired) fields.

    • Firstly select the advertisement type you add - product or service. In case of product, please indicate you sell or buy the item and the condition of the item, is it new or used. Fill all the necessary fields (highlighted with orange dot) and indicate the description where you will add additional information about your advertisement (the description text must not violate the website rules).
    • If you want to add pictures, please click the button “Upload Pictures”, select photos from your PC (maximum 12 photos) and upload them. From the pictures you can select the main picture for the advertisement (place your mouse on the picture and click the button main picture)
    • After filling all required fields please click the button add

    You will have to activate your contact number in order to finish adding procedure (verification of the number is necessary only once, during its first adding). Soon after the pressing the button, you will receive the text message (SMS) with an activation code from MyMarket.ge administration. On the added advertisement press button activation, insert the activation code and activate your advertisement.

    Notice:  The given procedure is free and is necessary to check the availability of your phone number.

    How to add advertisement in Super VIP category?

    Super VIP advertisements are permanently displayed on the first page. 
    On the search page, after selecting the corresponding category first you can see the Super VIP advertisements, afterwards VIP+ advertisements, then VIP advertisements, and afterwards advertisements by categories in chronological order.

     

    • To add the advertisement in theSuper VIP category you must top-up your balance in advance with the corresponding amount (please see the balance filling instruction)
    • After the authorization, go to My Page, on the right of desirable advertisement press the button VIP, select VIP type >> S-VIP, indicate the period you want to add your advertisement in the Super VIP category, press the button verification and complete the operation. The corresponding amount will be charged from your balance and your advertisement will be appearing in the Super VIP category.

     The fee for the adding the advertisement in the Super VIP category is 7 GEL during the 24 hours.

    How can I add an advertisement in VIP+ Category?

    VIP+ advertisements are permanently displayed on the first page.

    On the search page, after selecting the corresponding category first you can see the Super VIP advertisements, afterwards VIP+ advertisements, then VIP advertisements, and afterwards advertisements by categories in chronological order.

    • To add the advertisement in the VIP+ category you must top-up your balance in advance with the corresponding amount (please see the balance filling instruction)
    • After the authorization, go to My Page, on the right of desirable advertisement press the button VIP, select VIP type >> VIP+, indicate the period you want to add your advertisement in the VIP+ category, press the button verification and complete the operation. The corresponding amount will be charged from your balance and your advertisement will be appearing in the VIP+ category.

    The fee for the adding the advertisement in the VIP+ category is 2 GEL during the 24 hours.

    How can I add advertisement in the VIP category?

    On the search page, after selecting the corresponding category first you can see the Super VIP advertisements, afterwards VIP+ advertisements, then VIP advertisements, and afterwards advertisements by categories in chronological order. Adding the advertisement in the VIP category is possible from cell phone by SMS, or your account balance (please see the balance filling instruction)

    • In order to purchase the VIP from your account balance, after the authorization press My Page. on the right of desirable advertisement press the button VIP, select VIP type >> VIP, indicate the period you want to add your advertisement in the VIP category, press the button verification and complete the operation.
    • The corresponding amount will be charged from your balance and your advertisement will be appearing in the VIP category.
    • The fee for the adding the advertisement in the VIP category is 1 GEL during the 24 hours.
    • In order to purchase the VIP from the cell phone balance via SMS after the authorization, press the button My Page. On the right part of the required advertisement press the button VIP. On the left down part of the opened window press the button “purchase the VIP via SMS” and send SMS to the number 93099 with the indicated text.
    • The corresponding amount shall be paid from your balance and the advertisement will be appeared in the VIP department during 24 hours.

    The Cost for the adding the advertisement in the VIP department via SMS- during 24 hours is 2 GEL.

    How can I renew an advertisement?

    In the search results the advertisements of the corresponding categories are seen in following order: First appear Super VIP advertisements, afterwards VIP+, VIP and then all advertisements in chronological order. The newly added advertisements appear before old advertisements, and after the expiration they are deleted.

    • If you want to renew the advertisement date and pass it on to the first page, or you was unable to sell the item before advertisement’s expiry date you can use renew service.

    You can use the two options of renew service: 

    • Paid renewal - You can make renewal any time. In order to buy the renewal service, you must in advance top-up the balance with the corresponding amount (pl. see the balance filling instruction). First press the button my page, on the right side of the advertisement press the button renew, on the open window select the purchase of the update and confirm your request by pressing the button ok.

    Your advertisement is renewed. The cost for update is 0.10 GEL.

    • Automate renewal - In case of automatic renewal the advertisement is automatically renewed in every 24 hours, in time of the day you have indicated.
    • In order to purchase the automatic renewal, you must in advance top-up the balance with the corresponding amount (pl. see the balance filling instructions). First press the my page, on the right side of the advertisement press the button renew, in the open window indicate the number of automate renew days and renew time, select the button automatic renewal purchase and confirm your request by pressing the button OK.

    The automate renewal service is purchased for the period indicated by you. The fee for the automate renewal is 0.15 GEL daily.

    How I can top-up the balance?

    The balance top-up is possible with three methods: 
    1. Top-up the balance with the smart payment machines:
    In order to top-up the balance you will need your user’s name or user’s ID number (indicated on my page) and smart payment machine (Paybox, Express pay or iPay).  The payment process in the smart payment machine is the following: 

    • Paybox >> various >> MyMarket.ge/or MyHome.ge >> enter the user name  (you will pass on to the authorization site) or ID number of the user and pay the amount;
    • Express Pay >> other payments >> MyMarket.ge/or MyHome.ge >> enter the user name (you will pass on the authorization site) or the ID number of the user and pay the amount;
    • i Pay >> other payments >> MyMarket.ge/or MyHome.ge >> enter the user name (you will pass on the authorization site) or the ID number of the user and pay the amount. 

    Soon after the payment the amount will be reflected on your account.

    1. The balance top-up via plastic card:

    Top-up of the account shall be provided via VISA / Mastercard, the amount you transfer shall be reflected on user’s balance.

    • In order to top-up the balance using plastic cards click this Link, point out desired amount and continue by providing your plastic card details, finish the transaction.The amount will be reflected on your balance in real time mode.
    • In order to top-up the account from the credit card click on this link. Enter the required amount of money and continue the top-up process with your credit card data, confirm the operation. The money you have paid shall be instantly reflected on your balance.
    1. To up the balance from your bank account to the MyMarket account by bank transfer (This method is recommended for organizations who wish to receive a VAT statement and refer it in costs):
    • In order to top-up the balance by the bank transfer, please write to us with the contact form, or e-mail to mymarket@my.ge, enter your company's details (name, identification code), your user details email (user name) and your required amount. Our representative will send you an invoice on mail. Thus, you will transfer money directly from your company account to the "My.ge" account. Transferred amount will be reflected in your account balance.

    How can I buy product or service on website?

    • In order to buy the products, please login (if you are not registered, sign up from the link)
    • Enter to the required product  page, select quantity of units (or leave "1" if you want only one unit) and click on "Buy".
    • In case of first purchase, you need to fill your details in the delivery address field (click on the "Select", select "new address list", fill in the recipient's name, number, tel. Number and address). In case of repeated purchase, you can select previously added delivery address or, if necessary, add the new one.
    • In the opened window check purchased item and click on "Payment", afterwards "continue", enter your credit card details and complete the operation.

    მიტანის პირობები

    ონლაინ შეძენილი პროდუქტის ადგილზე მიტანა შესაძლებელია როგორც თბილისში, ასევე რეგიონებში. თბილისში კურიერული მომსახურება ხორციელდება 1 სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში. (შეძენის განხორციელებიდან, მომდევნო სამუშაო დღეს). რეგიონებში 3-4 სამუშაო დღეში.

    • დღის 12 საათამდე მიღებული შეკვეთის მიტანა, თბილისის მასშტაბით, შესაძლებელია იმავე სამუშაო დღეს. დეტალების დასაზუსტებლად დაუკავშირდით ვებ გვერდის ადმინისტრაციას.
    • შაბათ-კვირას, ასევე დასვენების დღეებში მიღებული შეკვეთები დამუშავდება მომდევნო სამუშაო დღეს.

    მიტანის ღირებულება:

    • თბილისის მასშტაბით ერთი მაღაზიიდან 50 ლარზე მეტი ღირებულების პროდუქციის შეძენის შემთხვევაში,  საკურიერო მომსახურება არის უფასო. 

    საკურიერო მომსახურების აღნიშნული პირობები მოქმედებს მცირე მოცულობის ამანათებზე. დიდი მოცულობის და წონის პროდუქციის შეძენის შემთხვევაში გთხოვთ წინასწარ, ოპერატორთან დააზუსტოთ მიტანის ღირებულება. პროდუქტის შეძენის შემდეგ ვებ გვერდის ადმინისტრაცია იღებს შეკვეთას, შემდგომ ხდება მისი დამუშავება და მიწოდება.
    მომხმარებლის პანელში „ჩემი შეკვეთები“ შეგიძლიათ აკონტროლოთ ონლაინ შეძენილი პროდუქციის სტატუსი. რომელიც შემდეგია:

    შეკვეთა მღებულია >> მუშავდება >> გზაშია >> ჩაბარებულია.

    შეკვეთის გაუქმება შესაძლებელია იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ შეძენილ პროდუქტს აღმოაჩნდა ქარხნული წუნი, ამოიწურა მარაგი ან სხვა რაიმე მიზეზით ვერ ხორციელდება შეკვეთის მითითებულ ვადებში დამუშავება. მომხმარებლისთვის თანხის სრულად დაბრუნება მოხდება 3-4 სამშაო დღეში.

    თუ კურიერი შეძენისას მითითებულ მისამართზე მისვლისას ვერ უკავშირდება მომხმარებელს და ასევე ვერ ხერხდება შეძენისას მითითებულ ნომერზე დაკავსირება(მომხმარებლის მხრიდან გამოწვეული მიზეზის გამო). პროდუქტი გადაიგზავნება მაღაზიაში სადაც უშუალოდ მომხარებელი მიაკითხავ კუთვნილ პროდუქტს, რის შესახებაც ეცნიბება მოხმარებელს რეგისტრირებულ პროფილზე და ელ-ფოსტაზე.
